amend the Dwelling-Houses (Rent Control) (Jersey) Law, 1946, sanctioned by
Order of Her Majesty in Council of the
29th day of NOVEMBER, 1965.

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of
Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law: -
ARTICLE 1
At the end of paragraph (c) of the proviso of Article 2 of the
Dwelling-Houses (Rent Control) (Jersey) Law, 1946, as
amended, there shall be added the word “or” and after the said
paragraph (c) there shall be added the following paragraph –
“(d) in
respect of which the States or any administration of the States is either the lessor or the lessee.”
ARTICLE 2
This Law may be cited as the Dwelling-Houses (Rent Control)
(Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law, 1965, and shall be deemed to have come into force
on the first day of June, 1965.
