THE HOME AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 11 and 120 of the Extradition (Jersey) Law 2004, orders as follows –

1 Time limits for receipt of documents by Magistrate after arrest on provisional warrant
(1) In respect of a request for the extradition of a person to a designated territory specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order, the period in Article 11(10) of the Extradition (Jersey) Law 2004 for the receipt by the Magistrate of the documents to which Article 7(8) of the Law refers shall be the period shown in column 2 of that Schedule in respect of that designated territory.
(2) A period shown in column 2 of the Schedule to this Order shall commence on the day on which the person was arrested.
2 Citation
This Order may be cited as the Extradition (Time Limits) (Jersey) Order 2004.
