THE MINISTER FOR HOUSING, in pursuance of Article 24 of the Residential Tenancy (Jersey) Law 2011 and Regulation 32(4) of the Residential Tenancy (Deposit Scheme) (Jersey) Regulations 2014, orders as follows –

1 Fee payable by tenant on payment of deposit to scheme administrator
The fee to be paid by a tenant under Regulation 32(1)(a) of the Residential Tenancy (Deposit Scheme) (Jersey) Regulations 2014 and deducted from a deposit by the scheme administrator under Regulation 32(1)(b) of those Regulations is £20.
2 Citation
This Order may be cited as the Residential Tenancy (Deposit Scheme – Fee) (Jersey) Order 2015.
