THE STATES, in pursuance of section 33(3) of the Immigration Act 1971 of the United Kingdom as it is extended to Jersey, with modifications, by the Immigration (Jersey) Order 1993, have made the following Act

1 Ports
The following places are designated as ports of entry and ports of exit for the purposes described in section 33(3) of the Immigration Act 1971 of the United Kingdom as it is extended to Jersey, with modifications, by the Immigration (Jersey) Order 1993 –
St. Helier, harbours,
Gorey harbour,
Jersey Airport.
2 Citation
This Act may be cited as the Immigration (Designated Ports of Entry and Exit) (Jersey) Act 2001.
