The Minister for Sustainable Economic Development[2] is designated as the
competent authority in relation to food for the purposes of Article 8 of
the Emergency Powers and Planning
(Jersey) Law 1990.

This Act may be cited as the Emergency Powers and Planning
(Competent Authority) (Food) (Jersey) Act 1991.
