THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 25 of the Wills and Successions (Jersey) Law 1993,1 have made the following Act –

1.             The Wills and Successions (Jersey) Law 19932 shall come into force on the first day of September 1993.

2.             This Act may be cited as the Wills and Successions (Jersey) Law 1993 (Appointed Day) Act 1993.
