THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law –

ARTICLE 1

In the First Schedule to the Advocates and Solicitors (Jersey) Law 1997,1 as amended, for the words “Commis-Bailli”, there shall be substituted the words “Député-Bailli”.

ARTICLE 2

This Law may be cited as the Advocates and Solicitors (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law 2000.
