THE STATES, subject to the sanction of
Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law –
1. In sub-paragraph (e) of paragraph (1) of Article 10 of the
Tourism (Jersey) Law, 1948, as amended, the words
“, not exceeding two pounds sterling,” shall be deleted.
2. This Law may be cited as the Tourism (Amendment No. 4)
(Jersey) Law, 1988.
