POLICING OF ROADS, PARKS AND SEA BEACHES (APPLICATION OF FINES)
(AMENDMENT) (JERSEY) LAW, 1971.

amend the Policing of Roads, Parks and Sea Beaches (Application of Fines)
(Jersey) Law, 1957, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the
22nd day of December, 1971.

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of
Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law: -
ARTICLE 1
(1) In
paragraph (2) of Article 1 of the Policing of Roads, Parks and Sea Beaches
(Application of Fines) (Jersey) Law, 1957 for the
words “two pounds” there shall be substituted the words “five
pounds”.
ARTICLE 2
This Law may be cited as the Policing of Roads, Parks and Sea
Beaches (Application of Fines) (Amendment) (Jersey) Law, 1971.
