THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law –

ARTICLE 1

In Articles 4A and 4B of the Harbours (Administration) (Jersey) Law 1961,1 as amended,2 for the words “twenty pounds” in each place where they appear there shall be substituted the words “fifty pounds”.

ARTICLE 2

This Law may be cited as the Harbours (Administration) (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law 1992.
