THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most
Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law –
1 Article 3(3) (cessation of powers) of Covid-19
(Enabling Provisions) (Jersey) Law 2020 amended
In Article 3(3) of
the Covid-19
(Enabling Provisions) (Jersey) Law 2020,
for “on or after 1st April 2022” there is substituted “on or after 1st August 2022”.
2 Citation and commencement
This Law may be cited as
the Covid-19 (Enabling Provisions) (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law 2022 and
comes into force 7 days after it is registered.
