A LAW to amend the Building Loans (Jersey)
Law, 1950, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the
26th day of MARCH, 1964.

THE STATES,
subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted
the following Law: -
ARTICLE 1
In paragraph (3) of Article 5 of the Building Loans (Jersey) Law,
1950, as amended
(hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”), for the words
“by equal weekly, monthly or quarterly instalments of such an
amount” there shall be substituted the words “by weekly, monthly or
quarterly instalments of such amounts”.
ARTICLE 2
In Article 7 of the principal Law all the
words after “are charged on the property” are hereby repealed.
ARTICLE 3
In sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of Article 8 of the principal Law the words “ninety-five per centum of”
are hereby repealed.
ARTICLE 4
This Law may be cited as the Building Loans (Amendment No. 7)
(Jersey) Law, 1964, and this Law and the Building Loans (Jersey) Laws, 1950 to
1963, may be cited together as the Building Loans (Jersey) Laws, 1950 to 1964.
