AERODROMES (ADMINISTRATION) (AMENDMENT No. 3) (JERSEY) LAW 1991

A LAW       to amend further the Aerodromes (Administration) (Jersey) Law 1952 sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law –

ARTICLE 1

(1)     The Aerodromes (Administration) (Jersey) Law 1952, as amended,1 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”) shall be further amended by substituting for the words “Airport Commandant” in each place where they occur, the words “Airport Director”.

(2)     Where, in any Regulations made under the principal Law or in any other enactment, there is a reference to the Airport Commandant, such reference shall be construed as a reference to the Airport Director.

ARTICLE 2

In Articles 4A and 4B of the principal Law2 for the words “twenty pounds” in each place where they occur there shall be substituted the words “fifty pounds”.

ARTICLE 3

This Law may be cited as the Aerodromes (Administration) (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law 1991.
