POLICING OF ROADS, PARKS AND SEA BEACHES (APPLICATION OF FINES) (AMENDMENT No. 2) (JERSEY) LAW, 1981.

A LAW       to amend further the Policing of Roads, Parks and Sea Beaches (Application of Fines) (Jersey) Law, 1957, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law –

ARTICLE 1

In paragraph (2) of Article 1 of the Policing of Roads, Parks and Sea Beaches (Application of Fines) (Jersey) Law, 1957,1 as amended,2 for the words “five pounds” there shall be substituted the words “twenty pounds”.

ARTICLE 2

This Law may be cited as the Policing of Roads, Parks and Sea Beaches (Application of Fines) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law, 1981.
