AGRICULTURE (GUARANTEED PRICES AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE) (AMENDMENT No. 2) (JERSEY) LAW, 1970.

A LAW   to amend further the Agriculture (Guaranteed Prices and Financial Assistance) (Jersey) Law, 1965, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the

28th day of july, 1970.

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law :  -

ARTICLE 1

Article 5 of, and the Second Schedule to, the Agriculture (Guaranteed Prices and Financial Assistance) (Jersey) Law, 1965,1 are hereby repealed and accordingly in –

(a)     Article 7,2 the words “Article 5 or ” are hereby repealed;

(b)     Article 8,² the words “5 or” are hereby repealed;

(c)     Article 93 for the words “Articles 5 and 6” and “Article 5 or 6” there shall be substituted the words “Article 6”.

ARTICLE 2

This Law may be cited as the Agriculture (Guaranteed Prices and Financial Assistance) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law, 1970.
