amend further the Policing of Roads, Parks and Sea Beaches (Application of
Fines) (Jersey) Law 1957, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the
20th day of march 1991

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of
Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law –
ARTICLE
1
In paragraph (2) of Article 1 of the Policing of Roads, Parks and
Sea Beaches (Application of Fines) (Jersey) Law 1957, as amended, for the words “twenty pounds” there
shall be substituted the words “fifty pounds”.
ARTICLE
2
This Law may be cited as the Policing of Roads, Parks and Sea
Beaches (Application of Fines) (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law 1991.
