A LAW           to amend further the Harbours (Administration) (Jersey) Law, 1961, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the

23rd day of JUNE, 1982.

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law:  -

ARTICLE 1

In Articles 4A and 4B of the Harbours (Administration) (Jersey) Law, 1961, as amended,1 for the words “five pounds” in each place where they appear there shall be substituted the words “twenty pounds".

ARTICLE 2

This Law may be cited as the Harbours (Administration) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law, 1982.
