THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have
adopted the following Law –
1 Amendment of Article 173A of the Air
Navigation (Jersey) Law 2014
In Article 173A(1)(a) of the Air Navigation
(Jersey) Law 2014[1] after the words
“aircraft is” there shall be inserted the words “in
flight”.
2 Citation
and commencement
This Law may be cited as the Air
Navigation (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 2017 and shall come into force 7 days
after it is registered.
