of Her Majesty in Council of the

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of
Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law –
ARTICLE
1
In sub-paragraph (ba) of Article 8 of the Agricultural Marketing
(Jersey) Law 1953, as amended,
(hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”) for the words
“one hundred pounds”, in both places, and “twenty-five
pounds” there shall be substituted the words “one thousand
pounds” and “four hundred pounds” respectively;
ARTICLE

In Article 23 of the principal Law –
(a) in
paragraph (1) the words “not exceeding two hundred pounds sterling”
shall be deleted; and
(b) in
paragraph (2) for the words “twenty-five pounds sterling”, in both
places, and “ten pounds sterling” there shall be substituted the
words “one thousand pounds” and “four hundred pounds”
respectively.
ARTICLE
3
The Agricultural Marketing (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law 1983 is repealed.
ARTICLE
4
This Law may be cited as the Agricultural Marketing (Amendment No.
5) (Jersey) Law 1991.
