16th day of OCTOBER, 1968.

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law :  -

ARTICLE 1

Paragraph (7) of Article 2 of the Motor Traffic (Third-Party Insurance) (Jersey) Law, 19481 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”) is hereby repealed.

ARTICLE 2

This Law may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Third-Party Insurance) (Amendment) (Jersey) Law, 1968 and this Law, the principal Law2 and Part III of the Road Traffic (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Jersey) Law, 1962,3 may be cited together as the Motor Traffic (Third-Party Insurance) (Jersey) Laws, 1948 to 1968.
