THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law –

ARTICLE 1

In sub-paragraph (e) of paragraph (2) of Article 5 of the Royal Court (Jersey) Law 1948,1 as amended,2 for the word “seven” there shall be substituted the word “thirteen”.

ARTICLE 2

This Law may be cited as the Royal Court (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Law 1990.
