HEALTH INSURANCE (AMENDMENT No. 4) (JERSEY) LAW, 1973.

A LAW   to amend further the Health Insurance (Jersey) Law, 1967, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law:  -

ARTICLE 1

At the end of Article 27 of the Health Insurance (Jersey) Law, 1967,1 as amended, there shall be inserted the words “except in such cases and subject to such conditions as the States may by Regulations specify.”

ARTICLE 2

This Law may be cited as the Health Insurance (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Law, 1973, and this Law and the Health Insurance (Jersey) Laws, 1967 to 1973 may be cited together as the Health Insurance (Jersey) Laws, 1967 to 1973.
