amend further the Court of Appeal (Jersey) Law 1961, sanctioned by Order of Her
Majesty in Council of the

THE
STATES, subject to
the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the
following Law –
ARTICLE 1
In clause (i) of
sub-paragraph (d) of Article 13 of the Court of Appeal (Jersey) Law 1961, as amended (hereinafter referred
to as “the principal Law”), for the words “two hundred
pounds” there shall be substituted the words “three thousand
pounds”.
ARTICLE 2
In Article 14 of
the principal Law1 for the words “five hundred
pounds” there shall be substituted the words “ten thousand
pounds”.
ARTICLE 3
This Law may be
cited as the Court of Appeal (Amendment No. 6) (Jersey) Law 1993 and shall come
into force on such day as the States may by Act appoint.
