Her Majesty in Council of the

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of
Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law –
ARTICLE
1
In sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 4 of the Second Schedule to the
Social Security (Jersey) Law, 1974 as
amended, for the word “one” there shall be substituted the word
“three”.
ARTICLE
2
This Law may be cited as the Social Security (Amendment No. 4)
(Jersey) Law, 1986.
