A LAW to amend further the Adoption
(Jersey) Law 1961

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have
adopted the following Law –
1 Article 11(3) of Adoption (Jersey) Law 1961
repealed
Article 11(3) of the Adoption (Jersey) Law 1961[1] is repealed.
2 Citation
and commencement
This Law may be cited as the Adoption (Amendment No. 6)
(Jersey) Law 2013 and shall come into force 7 days after it is
registered.
