THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law –

ARTICLE 1

In paragraph (1) of Article 5 of the Highways (Jersey) Law 1956, as amended,1 for the words “fifty pounds” there shall be substituted the words “two thousand pounds”.

ARTICLE 2

This Law may be cited as the Highways (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law 1991.
