COURT OF APPEAL (AMENDMENT) (JERSEY) LAW, 1976.

A LAW     to amend the Court of Appeal (Jersey) Law, 1961, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the

 

27th day of OCTOBER, 1976.

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law:  -

ARTICLE 1

In the first paragraph of Article 23 of the Court of Appeal (Jersey) Law, 1961,1 for the words “or the Deputy Bailiff” there shall be substituted the words “the Deputy Bailiff or an ordinary judge of the Court of Appeal”.

ARTICLE 2

This Law may be cited as the Court of Appeal (Amendment) (Jersey) Law, 1976.
