connected purposes; sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of
Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law –
ARTICLE
1
In sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (1) of Article 3 of the Financial
Services Commission (Jersey) Law 1998, as
amended (hereinafter referred to as “the principal
Law”) the words “who shall be a member for the time being of the
Committee” shall be deleted.
ARTICLE
2
In paragraph 6 of Part II of the First Schedule to the principal
Law the words “except in the case of a
Commissioner who is a member of the States,” shall be deleted.
ARTICLE
3
This Law may be cited as the Financial Services Commission
(Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law 1999.
