amend the Health Insurance (Jersey) Law, 1967, sanctioned by Order of Her
Majesty in Council of the
31st day of JULY, 1984.

THE
STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council,
have adopted the following Law: -
ARTICLE
1
In paragraph (3) of Article 33 of the Health Insurance (Jersey)
Law, 1967, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the
principal Law”) for the words “ten pounds” there shall be
substituted the words “fifty pounds”.
ARTICLE
2
In Article 44 of the principal Law —
(a) in
paragraph (1) for the words “one hundred pounds” there shall be
substituted the words “five hundred pounds”; and
(b) in
paragraph (2) for the words “ten pounds” in both places where they
occur there shall be substituted the words “fifty pounds”.
ARTICLE
3
This Law may be cited as the Health Insurance (Amendment No. 5)
(Jersey) Law, 1984.
