THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law –

ARTICLE 1

In paragraph (10) of Article 11 of the Investment Business (Jersey) Law 19981 the words “; but this paragraph shall not apply to a person in any case in which he has failed to give a notice or become or continued to be a principal person or increased, reduced or disposed of his holding, in circumstances in which his doing so constitutes an offence under Article 13” shall be deleted.

ARTICLE 2

This Law may be cited as the Investment Business (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 1999 and shall come into force on such day as the States may by Act appoint.
