A LAW   to amend the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law, 1956, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the

19th day of DECEMBER, 1962.

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law :  -

ARTICLE 1

In paragraphs (1) and (2) of Article 32A of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law, 1956, as amended,1 for the words “Compulsory Purchase of Land (Procedure) (Jersey) Law, 1953,” there shall be substituted the words “Compulsory Purchase of Land (Procedure) (Jersey) Law, 1961,”.2

ARTICLE 2

This Law may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law, 1962, and any reference to the Road Traffic (Jersey) Laws, 1956 to 1962, shall be construed as including a reference to this Law.
