THE STATES, subject to the sanction of
Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law: -
ARTICLE 1
In paragraph (2) of Article 5 of the Royal Court (Jersey) Law,
1948, as amended –
(a) in sub-paragraph (e) the words “, admitted not less
than seven years before the meeting of the Electoral College,” shall be
deleted;
(b) in sub-paragraph (f) the words “admitted not less than
seven years before the meeting of the Electoral College” shall be
deleted.
ARTICLE 2
This Law may be cited as the Royal Court (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey)
Law, 1979.
