A LAW     to amend further the Royal Court (Jersey) Law, 1948 sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the

 

19th day of OCTOBER, 1979.

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law:  -

ARTICLE 1

In paragraph (2) of Article 5 of the Royal Court (Jersey) Law, 1948, as amended1

(a)    in sub-paragraph (e) the words “, admitted not less than seven years before the meeting of the Electoral College,” shall be deleted;

(b)    in sub-paragraph (f) the words “admitted not less than seven years before the meeting of the Electoral College” shall be deleted.

ARTICLE 2

This Law may be cited as the Royal Court (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law, 1979.
