THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law –

ARTICLE 1

In sub-paragraph (a) of Article 23 of the Social Security (Jersey) Law 1974,1 as amended, for the words “twenty-eight” there shall be substituted the words “twenty-four”.

ARTICLE 2

This Law may be cited as the Social Security (Amendment No. 10) (Jersey) Law 1993 and shall come into force on such day as the States may by Act appoint.
