amend further the Building Loans (Jersey) Law, 1950, in relation to fines,
sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the
5th day of
November, 1986.

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of
Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law –
ARTICLE
1
Increase of fines
In Article 14 of the Building Loans (Jersey) Law, 1950, as amended, for the words “one hundred pounds”, there shall be
inserted the words “one thousand pounds”.
ARTICLE
2
Citation
This Law may be cited as the Building Loans (Amendment No. 10)
(Jersey) Law, 1986.
