THE
STATES, subject to
the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the
following Law –
ARTICLE 1
In Article 2 of
the Criminal Justice (Standard Scale of Fines) (Jersey) Law 1993, after the words “the
standard scale”, where they first appear, there shall be inserted the
words “or, in the case of an enactment in the French language, by
reference to a specified niveau du tarif
uniforme”.
ARTICLE 2
This Law may be
cited as the Criminal Justice (Standard Scale of Fines) (Amendment) (Jersey)
Law 1998.
