CRIMINAL JUSTICE (EVIDENCE OF CHILDREN) (AMENDMENT) (JERSEY) LAW 2002

A LAW     to amend the Criminal Justice (Evidence of Children) (Jersey) Law 2002; sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the

                THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law -

 

ARTICLE 1

 

                In Article 2(1) of the Criminal Justice (Evidence of Children) (Jersey) Law 2002[1] for the word “he” there shall be substituted the words “the accused”.

 

ARTICLE 2

 

                This Law may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Evidence of Children) (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 2002 and shall be deemed to come into force on the same day that the Criminal Justice (Evidence of Children) (Jersey) Law 2002[2] comes into force.
