1        Taxation (Double Taxation) (Jersey) Regulations 2010 amended

In the table in the Schedule to the Taxation (Double Taxation) (Jersey) Regulations 2010 in column 3 of the entry relating to the United Kingdom there is inserted “19th December 2018”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Taxation (Double Taxation) (Date in Force – United Kingdom) (Jersey) Order 2023 and comes into force 7 days after it is made.
