1        Schedule 8 to the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Jersey) Order 2003 amended

In Schedule 8 to the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Jersey) Order 2003[2], in the entry in column 2 opposite the category “A” in column 1, for the words “250 cc” there shall be substituted the words “240 cc”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Order 2008 and shall come into force 7 days after it is made.
