(Disabled Persons) (Parking) (Amendment No. 9)

THE MINISTER FOR INFRASTRUCTURE, in pursuance of Articles 63 and 84 of
the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], and after consultation with the
Connétable of St. Helier, orders as follows –
1 Road Traffic (Disabled Persons) (Parking)
(Jersey) Order 2002 amended
In Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic (Disabled
Persons) (Parking) (Jersey) Order 2002[2], under the heading for
St. Helier –
(a) under
the heading “Parking places – 4 hour limit”, for
the entry relating to Broad Street there shall be substituted the following
entry –

“North side (between a point 25 yards east of the
western boundary of No. 36 and a point 49 yards further east)”;
|
(b) under
the heading “Parking places – 2 hour limit”, after
the item and the entry relating to Richmond Road, there shall be inserted the
following item and entry –
“Robin Place
|
North side (between its eastern boundary with the Millennium Town
Park and a point 9 yards further west)”.

2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as
the Road Traffic (Disabled Persons) (Parking) (Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Order 2016
and shall come into force on the day after it is made.
