Employment of States of Jersey Employees (Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Regulations 2018

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 42 of the Employment of States of Jersey Employees (Jersey) Law 2005[1], have made the following Regulations –

1        Article 17 of the Employment of States of Jersey Employees (Jersey) Law 2005 amended

In Article 17(2)(b) of the Employment of States of Jersey Employees (Jersey) Law 2005[2] for the number “4” there shall be substituted the number “5”.

2        Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Employment of States of Jersey Employees (Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Regulations 2018 and shall come into force the day after the day they are made.
