THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 6 of the Restriction on Smoking (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law 2013[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Law

The Restriction on Smoking (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law 2013[2] shall come into force on 30th October 2014.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Restriction on Smoking (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law 2013 (Appointed Day) Act 2014.
