SOCIAL SECURITY (OVERLAPPING BENEFITS) (AMENDMENT No. 2) (JERSEY) ORDER 2000

THE EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SECURITY COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Article 28 of the Social Security (Jersey) Law 1974,1 orders as follows –

1.      Article 1(4)(c) of the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) (Jersey) Order 1975,2 as amended,3 shall be deleted.

2.      This Order may be cited as the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2000 and shall come into force on the twenty-seventh day of January 2000.
