(Public Parking Places) (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Order 2013

Coming into force 1st February 2013
THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 59 and
84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –
1 Interpretation
In this Order, the “Order” means
the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006[2].
2 Schedule
1 amended
In Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Order –
(a) in
Column 1, after the entry “Les Creux Car Park” there shall be
inserted the entry “Elephant Car Park”;
(b) in
Column 2, after the entry “STB5A” there shall be inserted the
entry “STB5B”.
3 Schedule
2 amended
In Part 8 of Schedule 2 to the Order, after the words
“except Sunday.” and before the entry “STH6” there
shall be inserted the entry “STB5B”.
4 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places)
(Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Order 2013, and shall come into force 7 days
after the day on which it is made.
