Royal Court (Amendment No. 27) Rules 2022

THE SUPERIOR NUMBER OF THE ROYAL COURT makes these Rules under Article 13 of the Royal Court (Jersey) Law 1948 –

1        Amendment of the Royal Court Rules 2004

These Rules amend the Royal Court Rules 2004.

2        Part 17 amended

After Rule 17/3(1)(f) there is inserted –

(i)      the registration under Article 4 of the Law of judgments to which Part 2 of the Law applies;

(ii)      the issue of certified copies of judgments and certificates under Article 11 of the Law;”.

3        Citation and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Royal Court (Amendment No. 27) Rules 2022 and come into force on the seventh day after they are made.
