Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2003

THE HOME AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 3, 4, 5, 5A, 6, 6A, 10, 13 and 42 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956, as amended,[1] orders as follows –

1        Schedule 3 replaced

For Schedule 3 to the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Jersey) Order 2003[2] there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 14th February 2003.

Notes

1.

If an unexpired licence is surrendered so that an amendment may be made to the category of vehicles its holder is authorized to drive any complete period of one year of the period of validity of the licence is to be set against the fee payable for the replacement licence.

2.

A fee is not payable for the recording on a licence of a change of name or address of the licence holder.”
