Public Elections (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Regulations 2015

THE STATES, in pursuance of Articles 7(2) and 72 of the Public Elections (Jersey) Law 2002[1], have made the following Regulations –

1        Public Elections (Jersey) Regulations 2002 amended

In the Public Elections (Jersey) Regulations 2002[2] for Form 1A in the Schedule there shall be substituted the form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.

2        Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Elections (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Regulations 2015 and shall come into force on the day after the day they are made.
