1        Schedule 1 amended

At the end of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006[2] the following entry shall be added –

2        Schedule 2 amended

In Part 4 of Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006 the matter “GR7” shall be inserted in alphabetical and numerical order.

3        Citation and commencement

(1)     This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2009.

(2)     This Order shall come into force on the seventh day after it is made.
