THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 78(3)
and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –
1 Article 2(7) amended
In Article 2(7) of the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use)
(Jersey) Order 1998[2] –
(a) in
sub-paragraph (a) for the amount “£72.85” there shall be
substituted the amount “£74.50”;
(b) in
sub-paragraph (b) for the amount “£130.15” there shall be
substituted the amount “£133.40”;
(c) in
sub-paragraph (c) for the amount “£65.07” there shall be
substituted the amount “£66.70”.
2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use)
(Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st
February 2007.
