Wage) (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Order 2011

THE MINISTER FOR SOCIAL SECURITY, in pursuance of Articles 16 and 104 of
the Employment (Jersey) Law 2003[1], orders as follows –
1 Article 2 of the Employment (Minimum
Wage) (Jersey) Order 2007 amended
In Article 2 of the Employment (Minimum
Wage) (Jersey) Order 2007[2] –
(a) in
paragraph (1) for the amount “£6.20” there shall be
substituted the amount “6.32”;
(b) in
paragraph (2) for the amount “£4.65” there shall be
substituted the amount “£4.74”.
2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Employment (Minimum Wage) (Amendment
No. 4) (Jersey) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 1st
April 2011.
