THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 6, 7
and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –
1 Article 7 amended
In Article 7 of the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Jersey) Order
1982[2] –
(a) in
paragraphs (1) and (2) respectively, for the amount “£72.85”
there is substituted the amount “£74.50”;
(b) in
paragraphs (3) and (4) respectively, for the amount “£144.75”
there is substituted the amount “£148.35”.
2 Revocation
The Motor Cars (Driving
Instruction) (Amendment No. 16) (Jersey) Order 2005[3] is revoked.
3 Citation
and commencement
(1) This
Order may be cited as the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Amendment
No. 17) (Jersey) Order 2007.
(2) This
Order comes into force on 1st February 2007.
